Flooded Basement

This home located in Upper Marlboro Maryland experienced a water loss due to a malfunctioning washing machine. This appliance was located in the basement of the home and began to leak one Wednesday evening. The water was able to damage most of the flooring on the bottom level of the home. The owner of the home called SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside when he noticed the issue. The team quickly gathered the equipment needed for the job and headed over. In order to restore the damage properly, a "packout" of the tenants contents was needed. The home owners items were carefully packed, labeled, and digitally documented while the mitigation was being completed.
