Alexander Dublin

Alex Dublin is a Biohazard, Trauma and Crime Scene Division specialist of the SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside team. In addition to cleaning up your trauma and crime scene evidence, he is also a devoted IICRC- WRT certified restoration professional. He has also finished the technical and enrollment requirements for five courses of the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. When he is not supporting our clients and meeting their restoration needs, you can find him spending time relaxing in front of his PC. Alex also enjoys taking in the rustic local sites and feeling the breeze in his hair while riding on his motorcycle.

Jeffery Lucas

Jeff is our Water Division lead, he has six year of industry experience, is IICRC-WRT certified and has completed the requirements of the ECTP. In many cases, Jeff will be the first person you see on site as he will provide a complete and comprehensive inspection/estimate of any damage. Jeff is also responsible for the training of new hires that join our team. In Jeff’s free time he enjoys listening to music, videography and photography.

Aleyda Mendez

Aleyda oversees the Fire and Smoke Restoration Division at SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside. She maintains the inventory for our team whenever water or fire damage requires a “pack-out” to clean everything thoroughly. Certified through ECTP in the areas of fire, contents management, and textile cleaning, Aleyda has been working in the restoration industry for six years. When she’s not assisting customers, she loves to travel, see the sights and visit cultural hotspots. When she’s not assisting customers, she loves to travel, go site-seeing and appreciate all the cultural hotspots.

Dorel Watley, IICRC, WRT, ASD

As our President, Dorel has oversight of all daily operations for SERVPRO of Marlton Morningside. Dorel’s dedication to our industry has allowed him to acquire twenty years of experience in executive management in commercial facility operations. Known for his ability to provide exemplary service to both internal and external customers, Dorel has always been committed to building strong relationships with both employees and customers. Dorel’s experience and expertise in our industry has allowed him to effectively take on any challenge that our customers have. Dorel spends his free time enjoying most competitive sports, as well as participating in community-enhancing activities.

Francisco Rodriguez

As the Large Loss Estimator, Francisco provides mitigation solutions to our commercial customers. Francisco fully understands the many challenges faced while mitigating in office and retail spaces. Francisco holds three IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Advanced Structural Drying, and Carpet Cleaning. He has gained a wealth of knowledge working in the industry for five years. As a dedicated father of two, Francisco enjoys walks in the park with his wife and children during his free time.

Jennifer Rodriguez

Jennifer is our office and scheduling coordinator. She is the first point of contact, Jen understands the worry that a water/fire loss can create. Jen’s customer centric focus and ability to listen allows her to dispatch the perfect team to your loss. This request will be handled in a timely manner while remaining empathetic to your needs. Jen also takes care of processing payments and account receivables. In her spare time, she enjoys trying different cuisine and to travel.

Kimberly Colon

Kimberly is our Human Resources and Operations Management experience. With over 15 years, Kimberly leads as the Director of Administration. She has                         oversight of many of the centralized functions for SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside: these include talent acquisition, benefits management, HRIS administration, compensation and communication. Before joining SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside, Kim worked with Mr. Warnecki and Mr. Watley at Cavalier Services, Inc. She also facilitates the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending with her family and traveling.

Marleny Gil

Our talented Customer Service Manager Marleny or ‘Leny’ as we call her is our lead job file coordinator.  With certifications ranging from IICRC- WRT, ECTP, and Xactimate she wears a number of hats in the office.  From coordinating incoming customer calls, monitoring ongoing jobs, tracking progress, and conducting audits of completed jobs she is an integral team member.  Leny has been with the company for six years and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Virginia State University.  In her off time Leny enjoys spending time with friends and family, shopping, and going out to new restaurants.

Salvador Naves Toledo

Salvador is the newest member of the SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside team. He is responsible for overseeing warehouse, inventory and equipment management. In addition, Salvador is dedicated to supporting property owners and our team as a restoration technician. Even with just two years of experience in the industry, Salvador is already working toward acquiring all the necessary certifications to lead our property restoration team as a crew chief. Salvador not only enjoys watching but playing soccer and spending time with his family.

Mike Hammer

Mike is our dedicated Information/Technology Systems Manager. With twenty years of industrial experience as the Internal Management Consultant and Mobil Oil Training Manager at GM and twenty-five years of process analysis, design and implementation experience at JLS Consulting, Mike enjoys creating new operating systems for newly developing companies. In Mike’s free time, he enjoys being a mentor, playing tennis and creating new operating systems for newly developing companies.

Travis Smith

Travis, our sales and marketing manager, is focused on growing and nurturing client relationships. He comes from a sales background with hospitality management and has also been involved with commercial and residential property management. Travis enthusiastically engages with customers in hopes of enhancing the customer’s overall experience. It is important that clients have a positive encounter and Travis is eager to help guide them.
Travis enjoys listening to music, traveling to different places to see new things and watching all kinds of sporting events.

Christopher Vincent

Chris’ twelve years of industry experience is invaluable as the lead of our Mold Remediation and Restoration Division and is certified as a professional remediator. Working in the industry for twelve years provides him with valuable insight in his role as a professional remediator. Chris is also IICRC certified in both Water Damage and in Fire/Smoke Restoration. No matter the cause of damage, Chris knows how to mitigate the situation and make it like it never happened. When he’s not assisting his clients at SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside, Chris enjoys 3D animation and Graphic Design.
