Martin Alzamora

Martin is the newest and youngest member of our Team. As a Highschool senior, he spends half his day learning the mitigation and restoration industry in preparation for graduation and entering the workforce full time. Martin has the passion to help out wherever he is needed and in most situation is the first one to volunteer to assist.

Taylor Anderson

Taylor is one of our Job File Coordinator who joined our team in July 2020. Taylor brings 2 years of restoration experience and 13 years in customer service in total. Taylor has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Longwood University. In her spare time, she like to scrapbook, trying new foods and researching cultures.

Anthony "Tony" Dennard

Tony joined our SERVPRO family in 2020 and has been an unparalleled asset to our team. He brings more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, culminated with the last 4 years in mitigation and restoration. Tony previously managed several teams of technicians covering multiple states; he is dedicated to making sure the technicians and customers have exactly what they need to complete jobs accurately, efficiently and to a “Five Star Level”. In his spare time, he enjoys watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, hunting, and spending time outdoors with his wife and 2 dogs.

Alexander Dublin

Alex Dublin is a Biohazard, Trauma and Crime Scene Division specialist of the SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside team. In addition to cleaning up your trauma and crime scene evidence, he is also a devoted IICRC- WRT certified restoration professional. He has also finished the technical and enrollment requirements for five courses of the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. When he is not supporting our clients and meeting their restoration needs, you can find him spending time relaxing in front of his PC. Alex also enjoys taking in the rustic local sites and feeling the breeze in his hair while riding on his motorcycle.

Carlos Garcia

Carlos is the epitome of the Restoration Technician. Constantly learning, whatever he doesn’t know, he seeks out to acquire and master. With 6 years of mitigation experience prior to SERVPRO, Carlos leads other technicians in the field, providing the less familiar with a wealth of knowledge to pull from. When not running a job, Carlos enjoys running the track and spending time with his son.

Kathryn Jordan

Kathryn has accomplished so much in her 3 year career in the Restoration and Reconstruction industry. Her gained experience of every aspect in the industry makes her invaluable to our team. Kathryn’s favorite part of the process and most enjoyable is helping customers select the best flooring, paint, and other materials to give them their HGTV homes. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys sampling charcuterie boards, wine, and reality TV with her two dogs.

Kevin Lovato

Since Kevin joined the team, he is not only willing but ready to provide outstanding customer service to our late evening clients who require service outside normal business hours. Having joined us from another Restoration provider, Kevin has continued to bring a fresh set of eyes to our team as he spends his off days  researching ever more options and ideas to implement with the team to ensure he is providing the best service he possibly can.

Aleyda Mendez

Aleyda oversees the Fire and Smoke Restoration Division at SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside. She maintains the inventory for our team whenever water or fire damage requires a “pack-out” to clean everything thoroughly. Certified through ECTP in the areas of fire, contents management, and textile cleaning, Aleyda has been working in the restoration industry for six years. When she’s not assisting customers, she loves to travel, see the sights and visit cultural hotspots. When she’s not assisting customers, she loves to travel, go site-seeing and appreciate all the cultural hotspots.

Salvador Naves

Salvador is dedicated to supporting property owners and our team as a restoration technician. Even with just two years of experience in the industry, Salvador is already working toward acquiring all the necessary certifications to lead our property restoration team as a crew chief. Salvador not only enjoys watching but playing soccer and spending time with his family.

Richard Ogada

Richard is new to the restoration industry, but brings a plethora of life and other experiences to our Team. It’s been exciting to watch Richard learn and see the passion for servicing our customers. The attention to detail he delivers as a writer and editor ensure that every “I” is dotted and “T” is crossed during the mitigation at a customer’s home. When not playing the gentle giant of SERVPRO, Richard enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, or exploring the world around him, both in 3D and 2D.

Francisco Rodriguez

As the Large Loss Estimator, Francisco provides mitigation solutions to our commercial customers. Francisco fully understands the many challenges faced while mitigating in office and retail spaces. Francisco holds three IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Advanced Structural Drying, and Carpet Cleaning. He has gained a wealth of knowledge working in the industry for five years. As a dedicated father of two, Francisco enjoys walks in the park with his wife and children during his free time.

Jennifer Rodriguez

Jennifer is one of our Job File Coordinator and understands the stress and worry that a water/fire loss creates. Her customer centric focus and ability to listen allows her to dispatch the necessary team to your loss in a timely manner while remaining empathetic to your needs. She also is responsible for processing payment and account receivables. Jennifer enjoys traveling and different cuisine.

Nathaniel "Nate" Smith

Nate is proof of what can be done with dedication to achieving a goal. Nate’s goals include furthering his understanding of the industry by acquiring HVAC and Electrical certifications to ensure the correct steps are being taken at all times. In his spare time, Nate enjoys shooting hoops, camping, and surfing when the weather allows.

Christopher Vincent

Chris’ twelve years of industry experience is invaluable as the lead of our Mold Remediation and Restoration Division and is certified as a professional remediator. Working in the industry for twelve years provides him with valuable insight in his role as a professional remediator. Chris is also IICRC certified in both Water Damage and in Fire/Smoke Restoration. No matter the cause of damage, Chris knows how to mitigate the situation and make it like it never happened. When he’s not assisting his clients at SERVPRO of Marlton / Morningside, Chris enjoys 3D animation and Graphic Design.
